Black is temporarily two pawns up, but there is a loose knight sitting on an open file leading straight to her king. Why not attack it with 7. Re1?

7. c3 is just getting silly. Black will be two clear pawns up and as in the Danish Gambit, she can give one pawn back and run off with the other.
