HI, I AM JOHN CHAVEZ, A STUDENT OF THE ECI 301 COURSE.THIS IS MY FIRST SEMESTER AT OLD DOMINION AND ENDED UP REGISTERING FOR CLASS ON THE LAST DAY OF THE "ADD" DEADLINE.I AM A POSITIVE BELIEVER IN MYSELF AND ALWAYS WILLING TO DO WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED.I CONSIDER MYSELF A "BARREL OF FUN" AT TIMES AND ENJOY PLAYING CARD AND CHESS GAMES.

I believe that a solid education is essential in the prosperity of one's well being.Education tends to bridge the gap over poverty according to my observations and readings.Education enhances a person's knowledge and increases a person's critical thinking skills.It also tend to enhance a person's basic level skills,which in turn makes them better readers and writers.
