I am an organic farmer and horticulturist living in Bechtelsville, Pennsylvania, USA. My initial interest in wikibooks was to write how-to styled information about gardening and crop growing, but since then I've become interested in the how-tos in general, as well as helping out with the academic projects that use wikibooks.

I'm SB_Johnny on other Wikimedia projects. (I was also under that name here, originally, but somehow was unable to retrieve the password for a couple days.)

My wiki-time is mostly being spent on Wikiversity these days trying to shape up the Bloom Clock. I'll have more time (and energy) to write come midsummer.
