Monica Duke has several years experience in the areas of research management particularly open research, metadata and institutional research systems. In the past she has contributed work in the specialisations on personalisation, citizen science and citation.
For the last few years her focus has been on working with the community of UK ORCID implementors on both technical support and community facilitation.
