PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION

Education is comthing that is continuous in a person's life. People learn new things everyday. Teachers are those people who help to pass along this new information, whether in the classroom or in everyday life. Education is very valuable to us. The most important characteristic in the classroom is the students. Each individual is different and should be encouraged to speak their minds in order for them to help educate others. It is very important for students to learn through their own life experiences. As teachers, we must treat each student as an individual and make sure that they learn something from us. As teachers, we must be willing to adapt and change our ways in different situations. In doing so, we too are continuing to learn. Whether students remember the exact phrase used in twenty years is not important. What is important is how they felt our classroom and what life lessons they may have learned.
