My name is Brittney Clemons and I am minoring in education with a major in psychology. I hope to teach psychology on a high school level and also do some research on the side. I live in Chesapeake and have lived here my entire life. I love to swim and do basically anything that makes me run around and be competitive.

My educational philosophy is to reach the kids. I think being a teacher is not only about teaching them the material for class but also teaching them lessons for life. Any material that gets taught in a classroom will eventually catch up to them and I think it is important for them to think outside of just knowing and memorizing the material, but rather how to use it and apply it to life. This makes for a more hands on learning.
