Discussion and support

Development discussion and support requests take place on the English and Japanese Google groups. To post a message to group members, send an email to mailto:uim-en@googlegroups.com or mailto:uim-ja@googlegroups.com .

Before taking your support requests to the list, please consider looking over the Troubleshooting page, and search the old Freedesktop.org archives as well as the new Google groups.

When contacting a group, please use a subject line that clearly explains the nature of the problem. This is particularly helpful for users who later look for the same issue in the archives. Please also include your distribution and version, as well as the versions of relevant packages (e.g. GTK+, Qt or X).
