type: String value (A Word or many words, or sometimes paragraphs)

Purpose: This template provides boilerplate data type definitions assigned to Trainz declaration tags. In each instance, the output is one indented line with italicized outputs:

|BOOL|BOOLEAN|LOGIC|B=:type: Boolean (0 or 1 only)
|INT|INTEGER|NUMBER|I=:type: Integer (Counting numbers 0 to NNN)
|KUID|KUIDS|K=:type: <KUID code value>  (reference to an asset part)
|FLOAT|DECIMAL|.|D|F=:type: Decimal numbers  (sign + decimal values)
|STRINGARRAY|SA|A=:type: String array coded values (Semicolon separated lists of applicable parameters)
|STRING|S 
| #default=:type: String value (A Word or many words, or sometimes paragraphs)

So given no argument, the template generates a String value
