Trainz Editor's Note template
Purpose and usage

Give a note as pass-argument 1 as exampled by the {{Lorem}} type-setters boilerplate text above.

The box will squish left if there is an element to it's right
This template passes text to {{TrainzTip}} used as a subtemplate
but also expresses an alternative color background as default appearance.
The default background color can be overwritten by expressing the valid 'style' parameter 'BG' as a background color.
The default bolded topic 'Editor's note:' and it's COlor can be overwritten by specifying named parameter 'other' and/or 'OC' respectively.
