Teaching Elementary School Health Education

This book is the collaborative effort of students enrolled in a Health Methods course for elementary education pre-service teachers. The project is intended to help the pre-service teachers construct deep knowledge in health content areas along with the understanding of how to select and apply teaching strategies appropriately. It is our goal to create a book that offers content knowledge, instructional strategies and lesson ideas for teaching health in the elementary school.
