Otalgia

Sensory innervation of the ear:

Auriculotemporal branch of the trigeminal nerve (CV V)
Ramsey-Hunt branch of facial nerve (CV VII)
Arnold branch of the vagus nerve (CN X)
First and second cervical nerves

Noxious stimulation of any above-mentioned branches may be interpreted as otalgia
