What is web search automation?
editGetting the result from a single search engine does not ensure that you found all the pages that you need to have from the Web. To increase this possibility, you have to use several if not many different web search engines.
Using search criteria or factors such as location and time, you may narrow down the number of resulting webpages you need to filter through. But doing that every week as in job search? This is when you need a tool to help you gather, filter and manage your own massive amount of personal data.
Web search is the act of looking for webpages. Web search automation is a way to automatically generate search criteria, automatically apply these search criteria to a number of web search engines, and automatically filter out and select wanted webpages from all the SERPs.
The user can use a web search scripting language to tell the system what and how to carry out the desired logic in a series of web search iterations.
