Volume Rendering

Creating Volume Rendered images can be challenging. The window width and level need to be selected and the correct Color Lookup Table chosen. There are additional settings for the Opacity table and shading settings.

Virtual Endoscopy Settings

Window Level: -300
Window Width: 700
In OsiriX 2.7 and above create a custom 8 bit CLUT shading from a light pink to a darker pink
Use a logarithmic Opacity table.
Shading Settings
- Ambient Coefficient: 0.12
- Diffuse Coefficient: 0.62
- Specular Coefficient: 0.73
- Specular Power: 50.0
