Dismantle is used for breaking down the product into another product. For example, power supply break into cable, metal casing and plastic part.

FAQ

Why I can't see all location in my dismantle screen?

In dismantle, you are supposed to see location known as "Others" during your setup in warehouse. You are not supposed to see staging or receiving area over here.

How do I move the product to my dismantle area?

You are required to change the packaging (SPCK) to "retrieve" status and then go to dismantle screen to proceed with the dismantling.

Can I move my product to my current packaging?

No. This is because we need to keep track of the history of dismantling. If you reuse back the packaging, we are not able to trace what product have been dismantle into which product.
