The iQuest was released by Leapfrog on December 17th, 2003 for $59.99.[1]

Technology

Games were contained on removable cartridges.[2]

The system used a monochrome screen.[2] Like many systems of the time, it lacked a backlight.[3]

The system sported a rear mono speaker,[3] as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack.[2][3]

The system supported voice controls, in addition to sporting a direction pad and a QWERTY keyboard.[2][3]

The iQuest supported an additional accessory in the Leapfrog Mind Station.[4]

Hardware

The system was powered by 4 AAA batteries.[2]

The system coating was rubbery.[3]
