The system was announced by August 8, 2000 for release on October 26, 2000.[1][2] The system had a launch price of 9,980 Japanese yen.[1]

Technology edit

The system was a hybrid karaoke and video game system.[3] Tomy intended to develop edutainment software for the device,[1] but it is unknown if this was actually done.
