The original Cybiko was released in 2000.[1]

The Cybiko Xtreme was released in October 2001.[2]

Technology

The Cybiko uses a 32 bit H8S/2246 Hitachi CPU clocked at 11 megahertz, with a Atmel AT90S2313 coprocessor clocked at four megahertz, and one megabyte of RAM.[3]
