The final production run of Mega Sg consoles was set for pre-orders October 28, 2022, with an MSRP of $199.[2]
Technology
editThe system was based on an FPGA.[3][4]
In 2019 the system was compatible with the original Mega CD add on,[1] but not the 32X.[5][6]
