  1. Parboil your spaghetti, making sure it is not too soft. Drain in a sieve.
  2. Blend the chile pepper, tomatoes, onions, and ginger to make a paste.
  3. Heat some groundnut oil in a pot, and add the diced onions.
  4. Stir well, then add the carrots, diced bell pepper, sausages, spring onions, and green beans.
  5. Add the prawns, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Fry until cooked.
  6. Add a little water to the ingredients, along with the spaghetti, pepper-tomato paste, curry powder, and thyme. Steam over low heat for 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt to taste, and serve with cucumber and cabbage.
