An Application is:
- A bundle of computer software sold, installed, or considered as a whole.
- (PC Programming) A single program or suite of program modules that may be executed from the desktop.
- (IDE) An integrated and interrelated set of program modules developed as a whole.
Typically, the application uses a single set of libraries and is considered a single project.
