Update Gadgets and User Scripts

MediaWiki 1.17 introduced a new JavaScript library backend based on jQuery. Many parts of the old library are now deprecated and will be removed in the future. To keep from being caught by surprise, people are strongly advised to update Gadgets and user scripts.

Below is an assessment of pages which are likely to be affected in the future if not updated.
