There are a couple of templates displayed on this page. Template:Notice Proofread and Template:Wikijunior_Solar_System_coolfacts. Template {{Wikijunior_Solar_System_coolfacts}} takes 3 arguments -- an image, a title, and the facts text. It is meant for use in the Wikijunior Solar System article, but it could be used anywhere. I made the box opaque so it could float right over the horizontal lines in the text.
