Months

Explain that most months are named after natural occurences or activities: the sickle used to harvest in August; the month when heather plants flower, the yellow (of turning leaves?), etc. Include a table: English month name, Uk month; related Uk/Slavic term; picture of the related term.

Next/last month, etc.

Weeks

Next/last week; in two weeks; for two weeks; Easter Week

How to say a calendar day (e.g., 17th of October)

Prepositions: "On <day>" У + accusative

Holidays; yesterday/tomorrow; day-before-yesterday/after-tomorrow.

Morning, evening, etc. Also що... adverbs (every...)

Time

Hours, minutes, seconds. AM/PM, etc.

Compass directions and time: north=midnight; south=noon. Is this related to the hands on a 24 hour clock?
