Ingredients

• 4 large zucchinis
• 2 onions
• 4 garlic cloves
• oil
• bay leaf
• parsley
• salt
• pepper

Procedure

Saute two large sliced onions and 4 cut up garlic cloves in a small amount of oil. Add 1 tsp of bay leaf and some parsley and salt and pepper. Add 4 large cut up zucchinis to mixture (peeling optional) Add two cups of water or broth and cut of dry white whine. Bring to a biol. Blend with hand blender.
