Ingredients
edit- 1 tsp. dried mustard
- 3 T. sugar or Splenda
- 2 T. canola oil
- 1 tsp. minced peeled fresh ginger, or ¼ tsp. ground (I skip the ginger cuz I don’t like ginger)
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 T. toasted sesame oil
- 6 T. rice vinegar
- 2 bags coleslaw mix
- 4 scallions
- 1 red pepper, chopped
Procedure
editIn a large bowl combine mustard, splenda/sugar, oil, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Mix well. Add the coleslaw, scallions, and pepper. Cover and store in the fridge to chill before serving. (Can be made a day or 2 ahead of time.)
