Traditional Chinese Medicine/Wen Jing Tang

Wen Jing Tang is composed of:

  1. Wu Zhu Yu (Fructus Evodiae)  : 9g
  2. Gui Zhi (Ramulus Cinnamomi)  : 6g
  3. Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis)  : 6g
  4. Chuan Xiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong)  : 6g
  5. Bai Shao (Radix Paeoniae Alba)  : 6g
  6. Mu Dan Pi (Cortex Moutan)  : 6g
  7. E Jiao (Colla Corii Asini)  : 6g
  8. Mai Dong (Radix Ophiopogonis)  : 1 cup [9g]
  9. Ren Shen (Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng)  : 6g
  10. Gan Cao (Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae)  : 6g
  11. Ban Xia (Rhizoma Pinelliae)  : 0.5 cup [6g]
  12. Sheng Jiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens)  : 6g

Note:

  1. Wen Jing Tang is used in TCM to treat deficiency and cold of the chong (thoroughfare) and ren (conception) channels. Deficiency and cold of the chong and ren channels leads to qi and blood stagnation, causing irregular menstruation, continuous bleeding, coldness and pain in the lower abdomen, and infertility.
