E-services

The web portal of Rosregister provides electronic services for citizens, businesses, authorities and local authorities with a full range of state services for registering rights and cadastral registration of real estate, providing information from state registers and the cadastre. These areas are leading in the activities of Rosregister.

• Verification of the execution of the request (application);

• Service is designed to provide information on self-regulatory organizations of cadastral engineers;

Rosregister implemented the opportunity to notify shareholders of the share ownership of the sale of one's share by one of the owners in the event that the number of co-owners is more than 20.

For the publication on the website of the Rosregister the notice is not charged.

The owner can place such notice through the "personal cabinet", which is accessed from the main page of the website of Rosregister.

The new function in the "personal office" of Rosregister will allow property owners to save time and money in case of their sale of a share in the right of common ownership.

For authorization in the personal office of Rosregister, a confirmed user account is used on "State Services" portal of the Russian Federation.
