Usage

This template is transcluded onto a MediaWiki:Editnotice to let new editors know that their contributions to certain discussion pages might be better directed elsewhere, as very few ancillary discussion pages are actively watched.

The parameters for the template are: help, subject, mediawiki, transwiki, and category.
