Usage edit
The template is used mainly for image placement. The default is for a right alignment. Whereas an image without a border cannot have a caption, this limitation is overcome by placing the image in a table cell construct which resembles the usual thing. It behaves broadly as if it were simple image syntax.
It is called as follows:

Parameters edit
There are two parameters. They are each numbered and named.
- The first parameter contains the wiki image syntax line. This can be specified with
|content=or simply as a nameless parameter if placed in the first position. - The second parameter contains the text for the image caption. This can be specified with
|caption=or as a nameless parameter. Use the former if the caption contains an equals (=) sign. - Note that the parameter names are in lower case. These (along with image file names) are case sensitive.
- The optional values that are listed below must equate to the option names, with the options and parameters all spaced from one another with pipe symbols. An example for use at the right of the page would look like this:

Options edit
- align
- override the default position on the page, left, center, right, none.
- margin
- overall margins; in em, px, etc.
- background
- structure background color, default transparent; hex, rgb, named colors etc.
- color
- font color, default black; any color e.g. hex, rgb, or named color.
- ff
- font family, default inherit; any family, or font face name.
- border
- border color, default none; can look like a frame with border=1px solid #aaaaaa;
- padding
- text padding for the caption only, default 2px 2px 2px 4px; in em, px, etc.
