Usage
editThe template is intended to be used in conjunction with a formal review, and summarises the review findings. It should be added to the top of the page being reviewed, and will appear on the right side of the page when complete. The basic format is:

| Background = is relevant background information provided, value is 0, 1 or 2 but having problems making that work
| Size = does it fit on double sided A4 when sent to PDF, value is 0 or 1 but having problems making that work
| Evidence = All claims supported by acceptable evidence, value is 0, 1 or 2 but having problems making that work
| Links = links concepts logically, value is 0 or 1 but having problems making that work
| Readings = identifies further information sources, value is 0 or 1 but having problems making that work
| Recommendations = clear recommendations are provided, value is 0, 1 or 2 but having problems making that work
| Overall rating = sum of above values but having problems making that work
| Closing comments = freehand comments w signature
