This is a subtemplate of {{dialog/button}}. It processes template parameter echo, and delegates all further operations of the template to {{dialog/button/visible}} for a visible button and {{dialog/button/hidden}} for the hidden infrastructure that accompanies the button if any of its parameters are specified with literal values.
