This is a subtemplate of {{dialog/button}}. Given the specification of a single dialog parameter for the button, and the output of {{dialog/button/1-nam}} on that spec, produces the internal spec of that parameter for integration by {{dialog/button/visible}}. Uses {{evalx}}.
