Introduction to the Writing Section

The Writing section of the SAT is meant to test your aptitude with English grammar. You'll need to write an essay in 25 minutes, identify and correct grammatical errors and revise writing for both style and grammar.

The SAT typically has 2 sections of writing and the essay. The questions are categorized as improving sentences, identifying sentence errors and improving paragraphs.
