Front Office is the case management portion of Prolaw. It is comprised of four major tools. They can be found on the toolbar:

  •  Contacts. Tools for managing contact information for all of the individuals related to a case.
  • Matters. Customizable tools for managing the data in the cases themselves.
  • Events. The Tasks, Reminders, Hearings, and Documents related to a case.
  • Files. Tools for tracking physical case-related material.
