B Lymphocytes can make antibodies. Cytolytic T Lymphocytes are important Helper T Lymphocytes react to the immune response in three ways:

1. they have a important role in antibody production by B cells.
2. they release factors that promote delayed-type hypersensitivity, and
3. they participate in the action of T cells.
