- official community support, moderated and usually actively participated also by Phabricator developers from the Phacility company. Here you can file a bug and praise for some assistance from volunteers. At the time of writing (2020) this community support is quite active. Just do not expect some professional help, or do not expect some specific features to be designed just for you for free.
