Mother =Aama = आमा
Father = BaBa =बुबा
Brother (older than you) = da i= दाइ
Sister(older than you) = Didi (dee dee) =दिदी
Brother(younger than you)= bhaa E=भाइ
Sister(younger than you) =Ba-hee-nee = बहिनी


Father's older brother = Thulo buwa (thoo-lo boo-wa) = ठुलो बुबा

Father's sister-in-law (older brother's wife) = Thulo aama (thoo-lo aa-maa) = ठुलो आमा


Father's sister (older or younger) = Fupu (foo-poo) = फुपु

Father's brother-in-law = Fupaju (foo-paa-joo) = फुपाजु


Father's younger brother = Kaka (kaa-kaa) = काका

Father's sister-in-law (younger brother's wife) = Kaki (kaa kee) = काकी


Mother's brother = Mama (maa maa) = मामा

If your wife has an older sister, she will be called "Didi (dee dee)"

If your wife has a younger sister, she is your "Sali" (saa-lee) साली

If your husband has an older sister, she will be called "Didi (dee dee)"

If your husband has a younger sister, she will be called "nanda" (none-duh) नन्द

If your sister (older or younger) has a son, he is considered your son, so he is called "Chora" (cho-raa) छोरा

If your brother (younger or older) has a son, he is called your Bhada (bha-daa) भदा
