History of Oregon/Introduction

This book will serve as a narrative of the history of the great state of Oregon from it's earliest roots to it's most recent historic events.

The goal is to provide a better understanding of Oregon's history by having small sections of Oregon's history in a chronological order that can be read in a short amount of time. These will connect to the other readings in a way that should help to see the importance of the earlier events and how they all relate.

Hopefully this will help to encourage additional research and collaboration on the often under-represented subject of Oregon's History. I encourage anyone who is interested to help contribute and add any additional knowledge they can.
