The scale has previously been used by Homburg et al. (2003) and Cahill (2006).

Items

We will continue using this logistics service provider (LSP) in the future.
Right now, we intend to extend existing contracts with this LSP when they expire.
If we knew then what we know now, we would again select this LSP.
