editGiven that a 7-point scale (1 to 7) was used and, thus, 4 would be the ideal mean, the observed means were between 4.58 and 5.17 and, thus, quite high. Therefore, the item wording could be modified (e.g., "are always well coordinated" instead of "are well coordinated").
