The scale has previously been used by Homburg et al. (2003) and Cahill (2006).

Items

In the future, the logistics service provider (LSP) will have a higher share of our logistics volume.
When we bid out other services than the ones we outsource today, we will consider this LSP preferentially.
In the future, we will use this LSP more than we do now.
