Where do I find textures and graphics on the internet? And how do I find the kind of graphics I need?

Also, important to consider: Under what licence are these graphics? What are the constraints for my software, such that I can use them? Where do I find 'for-sale' graphics, or where can I hire a designer to create custom graphics for my game?
