Ifeminism (meaning individualist feminism) is a form of feminism with influences from libertarianism, founded by Wendy McElroy. The ifeminist believes that feminism is about procuring liberty for the individual woman. For this reason, ifeminists reject stereotyping, victimization and restriction of women's choices. Ifeminists see the sex industry as fundamentally a liberating and healthy expression of women's sexuality, and consider feminist opposition to the sex industry repressive and against the true message of feminism.
