This function is used when the user doesn't know the item's number or description but does know some information about the item. They enter what they know and the ERP displays all the items that match the criteria. This function becomes more and more useful as the size of the enterprise increases • Depending on the AccountPro module you are importing data for, the import module can import selected fields for: • Customer Lists • Product Lists • Vendor Lists • Employee Lists • Equipment Lists • Sales Commission Salespersons or Employees • Accounts Receivable Transactions • Sales Commission Transactions
