- However, for "a drink" in Dutch we say:

- It is the diminutive of drank which means to drink.

Verbs
edit"Drinken" is a very common verb in Dutch. But, be careful! "Drinken" is a strong verb with vowel changes in the past tense and the past participle.
Present The present has three forms

Past The past has two forms:
