Liquid "Elixir" Hydrocodone

For people who may have trouble swallowing due to throat/tonsil surgery, or who may have heavy congestion of musus either Lortab Elixir, Atuss HX, Cotuss-V, Entuss, or Vortex are prescribed for pain relief and/or moderate to severe congestion from flu or similar illnesses. Liquid hydrocodone syrups commonly contain guaifenesin and hydrocodone.
