Digital Technology and Cultures

Digital Technology and Cultures
A resource for study of digital culture.

This Wikibook is meant to serve as a resource for students of digital cultures to explore theory. In the spirit of helping ourselves and others discover and appreciate the strengths of particular theories for helping us articulate the relationship between digital technologies and social values we (the students and faculty of Digital Technology and Cultures at Seattle University) are continually adding our own perspectives on theory. The book is meant to be a "living document" that grows with each new cohort of students, leaving behind a resource for future students.

The book is broken out into major traditions of theory. In each of these sections are individual pages that outline some background and key ideas of a respective tradition, while applying and discussing that theory to a given digital technology phenomenon.
