IngredientsEdit

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup shortening
  • 1 package our gluten free All Purpose Baking Mix
  • 3 tsp Chinese 5 Spice

PreparationEdit

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cream sugar, egg and shortening together.
  3. Add All Purpose Baking Mix and Chinese 5 Spice.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Roll teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and roll the balls in sugar.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 5 to 6 minutes.
