Ancient Mesopotamian Bread is a significant aspect of one of the earliest known civilizations, primarily made from barley and wheat. Dating back to around 2300 BC, this bread was often flat and unleavened, resembling modern pita or flatbreads. The basic ingredients included flour (typically from barley), water, and salt, which were mixed and kneaded into a dough, then shaped into patties and baked in clay ovens known as tinnuru.

2 cups flour (if you are gluten free, use what you are able to eat)

1/2 teaspoon of salt
