Here you can link to your favorite CoH site. Click on edit next to the section that you want to add to, then place the cursor beneath the last existing link, click on the globe in the editor and edit the address to make it link to the site you want. If there is no section existing for the site you want to add, edit the bottom section and at the bottom of that section type == Section Name == and the new section will be added.
